Retired Orland Fire Lieutenant Teaches CPR for Four Decades

Christopher Smith has been teaching people how to save lives for more than 40 years. The retired Orland Fire Protection District lieutenant became a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) instructor while in paramedic school in 1981. He became the coordinator of Orland Fire's public CPR/AED and First Aid Programs in 1993, a position he still holds today.
