TINLEY PARK, IL - Donna Framke has served the Village of Tinley Park for more than two decades. The village’s marketing director joined the staff as a part-time employee after previously serving as vice-president of marketing for Beverly Bank. She opted for a local job after the bank merged and moved to the far north suburbs.
